We use the finest, carefully selected, black Wagyu beef, “Wao”, from Kumamoto Prefecture.
Kumamoto black Wagyu beef “Wao” is carefully bred in a natural environment blessed with pure water and clear air, and takes advantage of the Kumamoto topography.
When you put this carefully prepared meat in your mouth, you will delight in the soft texture and mellow aroma.
Our vegetable are sourced from local producers as well as from the wider Kyushu area.
