- Can I connect to the internet in my room?
- Free Wi-Fi available.
Please note that the connection may be weak. - What about smoking and non-smoking?
- You can smoke in your room. Make sure smoking materials are out when finished.
In places other than your room, please smoke in designated smoking areas or where ashtrays have been provided. - Is there cell phone service?
- Service will vary according to location and cell phone provider.

- Are private baths available?

There are two private open-air baths, “Tenku no yu” and “Chikurin no yu”.
Reservations not required; use baths any time until morning.
In daytime, you will see mountains in the distance, and at night, a starlit sky.
Guests who reserve a room without a bath (Hagi, Kikyo, Nazuna) can enjoy Hanayuu hot springs in these private open-air baths. - What is the water temperature of the bath? Can it be adjusted?

The spring water temperature is 50 degrees, but can adjusted by the amount of hot water.
- Is there a large public bath?

No, there is not.
At Hanayuu, we have eliminated the large public bath. All baths are private, enjoy your private space. - Do you offer amenities?
- Yes.
・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap (L’Occitane)
・Women’s lotion, milky lotion, face wash, cleansing, hand soap (L’Occitane)
・Men’s hair tonic
・ (Amenity pack: for women) body towels, toothbrushes, hair bands, hair clips, brushes, hair caps, hair elastics

- Can you hear the sounds of nature?
- Yes, you will hear the wind in the trees and birdsong.
- Are meals served in your rooms?
- No. Meals will be prepared in the private dining rooms of both the main building and the outer buildings.
- There are some things I cannot eat. What can be done about that?
- If you let us know in advance what ingredients you do not eat, we can prepare dishes using other ingredients.
- Can I choose the time for dinner and breakfast?
- Yes. Dinner is served at 18:00/18:30/19:00 and breakfast is served at 8:00/8:30/9:00.
You choose what time you want to eat.
Choose from 7 types of dinners.
Japanese-style breakfast only. - Is there a children’s menu?
- Yes, please ask our staff for details.
- Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
- Yes, we have free shuttle service to and from Yu Station.
Please feel free to contact us. - Is it possible to drive there even in winter?
- We are not in an area of heavy snowfall, and it rarely snows enough to close the road.
However, there is still a risk of snowfall and freezing, especially from December to February, so please be sure to use or carry studless tires or chains when coming by car. - Is it possible to arrange a taxi right away?
- Taxis take some time to arrive.
Please contact the front desk in advance to reserve a taxi.
- Can children stay at the inn?
- Yes, children can stay overnight.
- Is it possible to make same day reservations?
- Yes, we accept same-day reservations until 13:00. Please feel free to contact us.
- Can I stay alone?
- Yes, we can accommodate one person. Please contact us.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes. We only accept lump sum payments with the following cards.

- Reservations can be made up to 5 months in advance. (Excluding special periods)
- What time is check-in?
- A Check-in is 15:30 ~ for all rooms.
You will not be able to enter rooms before 15:30. - What time is check-out?
- All guests must check out by 11:00.
- If I stay for consecutive nights, can I change rooms for the second night?
- Yes, it is possible.
